        Job Summary:

        Support the Accounts Payable Department by processing invoices using a three way match of Invoice/PO/Receiver entry. Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Create Excel Spreadsheets to accurately record complex invoices and partner with field employees to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.

        Minimum Requirements:

        • 1+ year of prior Accounts Payable Experience
        • High attention to detail
        • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of an organization
        • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
        • Must be able to multi-task efficiently and independently and be driven to meet deadlines
        • Must be able to read, write and speak English
        • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
        • Experience with AS400 and/or OnBase a plus

        Position Summary:

        Perform light general maintenance and basic janitorial to maintain an orderly, safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing facilities, inside and out.

        Responsibilities for Janitor:

        May or may not include:

        • Maintenance and cleaning in and around the facility
        • Custodial functions
        • General light building and grounds maintenance
        • Troubleshoot issues such as plugged toilets, sinks, floor drains and roof drains and recommends needed maintenance, and general facility repairs
        • Perform tasks correctly, efficiently, and effectively
        • Minor repairs in and outside of the building including landscaping and irrigation devices
        • Use of power equipment including a scissor lift and powered floor cleaners
        • Perform regular cleaning of floors, walls, counters, windows, doors, desk surfaces, restrooms, and building exteriors, according to established standards while using appropriate cleaning materials and powered/non-powered devices
        • Deep clean surfaces and areas inside and outside as needed
        • Perform preventive maintenance
        • May have to push work cart throughout shift containing cleaning items, tools, garbage containers, etc.
        • Fill paper product dispensers in restrooms and other designated areas. Empty and clean trash receptacles, ash cans, recycling containers, etc.
        • Clean spills including taking out the trash
        • Set up chairs, tables, garbage receptacles, etc., and assist where needed for special events
        • Communicate potential workplace safety issues to management


        May or may not include:

        • Minimum six months of maintenance/custodian/porter experience required
        • Must have experience operating powered/ride-on floor cleaner or equivalent
        • Experience in standard custodial practices, procedures, and techniques

        Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

        Daily work assignments are indoors and outdoors, for varying durations of time dependent upon daily business operational needs.

        May or may not include:

        The position may require all or some of the following:

        • Working in high places
        • Walking or maneuvering on uneven or slick surfaces
        • Navigating equipment through guests and employees during and/or outside of business hours
        • Exposure to dirt, dust, and cleaning solutions as well as occasional exhaust fumes or other materials and smells related to heavy equipment
        • Could require the use of face masks or respirators
        • Use and potential hazards of cleaning materials including solvents, disinfectants, detergents, and polishing agents
        • Physical skill and sustained physical effort for some responsibilities, i.e., operating equipment
        • Working in extreme temperatures and varying weather conditions when outdoors for fluctuating amounts of time
        • Moderate strength and agility in activities related to procedures including balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
        • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 75 pounds with varied frequency
        • Walking up and down stairs multiple times throughout the shift
        • Being on feet and/or walking, doing non-sedentary work throughout eight (8) hour shift

        Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

        • Tools and equipment commonly used in facility maintenance and custodial work
        • Standard custodial practices, procedures, and techniques.
        • Correct and safe operation of powered/ride-on floor polishing equipment
        • Correct and safe operation of scissor lift
        • Work and communicate effectively with diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds of customers and staff
        • Be flexible and accommodating to various or changing work assignments throughout the day, driven by business needs
        • Exercise considerable judgment and initiative
        • Experienced (prefer a current or previously certified with the ability to get re-certification) forklift operator
        • Understand and follow broad and complex instructions
        • Be a problem solver

        Responsibilities and Essential duties:

        May or may not include:

        • Establish daily/weekly goals for production, and coordinate a plan to meet those goals
        • Direct an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials
        • Assure products meet quality standards
        • Lead and manage the production supervisors and department by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies.
        • Write production reports, analyze production data and optimize for efficiency
        • Drive process improvement initiatives and manage Key Metrics that focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
        • Partner and collaborate with the various groups and/or departments to develop and implement plans for the improvement of systems and quality of products.
        • Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep the organization accident-free
        • Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
        • Exercise the usual authority of a manager in relation to hiring, coaching, counseling, training, mentoring, conducting performance evaluations, promotions, etc. of the staff.
        • Develop team members and establish a culture based on teamwork, mutual trust, and continuous improvement.
        • Ensure workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements
        • Watch the process, and look for opportunities to improve operations
        • Support workers as questions, concerns, or feedback arises
        • Communicate with other departments, such as the financial department to establish budgets, HR department to hire new workers, or the logistics department to ensure the delivery of products

        Qualifications and Skills:

        May or may not include:

        • Bachelor’s Degree, or comparable professional experience or certification is preferred.
        • 5+ or more years of experience in a supervisor or management position of Manufacturing Shop
        • Experience in heavy equipment repairs
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Strong project management skills
        • Proven record in training employees about safety and production
        • Strong working knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
        • Ability to coach and motivate employees
        • Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles
        • Knowledge of managing a production floor and schedules.
        • Ability to resolve complex issues in a creative and effective way.
        • Ability to confer with others to resolve production problems or equipment malfunctions.
