XTREME MANUFACTURING INTRODUCES FOUR NEW TELEHANDLERS AT WORLD OF CONCRETE 2018


Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (23rd January 2018) Xtreme Manufacturing will unveil four new telehandler models to its range at the annual World of Concrete trade show, taking place January 23-26, 2018 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada.

On the 9,500 sq. ft. (882sqm) outdoor booth in the Silver Lot, that Xtreme shares with sister company, Snorkel, Xtreme will showcase 10 of its most popular telehandlers models, including the multi award-winning Xtreme XR7038 that can lift up to 70,000 lbs. (31,750kg), and the compact Xtreme XR5919 that can lift 5,900 lbs. (2,676kg) and reach a lift height of up to 19 ft. (5.79m).

Xtreme Manufacturing will also be unveiling four new models to visitors to the show. Shown as a prototype at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017, the Xtreme XR1055 is now in production at Xtreme’s Henderson, Nevada manufacturing facility, and will make its debut at the show. Designed from the ground-up by Xtreme’s in-house engineering team, the new XR1055 has a lift capacity of up to 10,000 lbs. (4,535kg) a max. lift height of up to 55 ft. (16.7m), and a forward reach of up to 39 ft. (11.8m). It features an extended wheelbase that delivers a machine weight of just 34,600 lbs. (15,694kg), and comes as standard with a 74hp high torque Tier 4 final compliant engine. For working at altitiude or in extreme environments, a 120hp engine upgrade is available.

Xtreme is also unveiling a brand new compact telehandler, the Xtreme XR630. Designed to deliver a lift capacity of up to 6,000 lbs. (2,721kg), and with a maximum lift height of 30 ft. 7 in. (9.32m) and a forward reach of 18 ft. 5 in. (5.61m), the XR630 is designed for an A-class carriage. The XR630 has been designed with 6 degrees of frame sway, a major advantage for contractors in this compact telehandler category, and the lift weighs just 13,700 lbs. (6,214kg) making it easy to transport between jobs. It comes as standard with a 74hp Tier 4 Final engine.

Alongside the two brand new product launches, Xtreme is also showing enhancements on two of its most popular telehandlers. The Xtreme XR1045 has been enhanced to become the XR1147, which now features an additional 1,000 lbs. (453kg) of lift capacity, totalling 11,000 lbs. (4,989kg). Additionally, the XR1147 has a maximum lift height of 47 ft. (14.3m), an increase of 2 ft. (0.6m) over the XR1045, and a forward reach of 31 ft. 6 in. (9.6m). The XR1147 uses the same chassis as the new XR1055 for improved commonality across the product line, and comes as standard with a 74hp high torque Tier 4 Final engine. A 120hp engine option is also available.

The Xtreme XR1570, which is the World’s tallest fixed boom telehandler, with 70 ft (21.3m) maximum lift height has also been enhanced to lift an additional 3,000 lbs. (1,360kg), giving it a new maximum lift capacity of 15,000 lbs. (6,803kg). The carriage class has also been uprated to C-class, instead of B-class, to handle the higher capacity loads.
All four of the new lifts are backed by Xtreme’s industry-leading 10 year – 5 year – 2 year warranty, and are all manufactured at Xtreme’s headquarters in Henderson, Nevada, USA.
